Allama Fazl-ur-Rasool Qadri Badayuni (1213 A.H - 1289 A.H) was a prominent Indian Islamic scholar. The book contains its commentary written by the great scholar Imam Ahmed Raza Barelvi (1282 A.H - 1340 A.H).
